I hear "beep beep" when i press the trunk power button instead of the long single beep. It will not power close neither from the remote or the button on the door. We have to manual close every time. Any ideas?

In my 2012 Highlander there is a button in the glove box that turns the tailgate auto open feature off. That fix the same issue with my car.

My friend, i think you need to reprogram your remote keyless entry, find it on your owners manual, or you may go to toyota service center to reset your keys and lock system

2012 dodge avenger. The key fob or button on dash won't open trunk. I don't hear a sound when i push button on dash, but when i use the key fob, it clicks and lights still flash.

First thing is to get the trunk open

(Try to push down the trunk lid before pressing the fob)
ok, let's assume you got it open. Closely inspect the bundle of wires that go into the trunk lid. You will find a small section that will flex when the lid goes from closed to full open. That's the spot to look VERY closely at the flex point. You may find a wire that looses contact due to mechanical agitation while previous openings and closings of the trunk ( a million times).
Fix the wire and spray the trunk latch first with penetrating lube then with pure lube. WITH THE LID STILL OPEN check the remote and the dash button and ensure rhe actions actuate the trunk lid solenoid at the latch.

My keyless remote isn't working at all on my 2007 pontiac grand prix???? i even changed the battery and still not working, but i noticed my service tire monitor system is on all the time and that's when my...

When you change the battery on your key fob, sometimes you will have to reprogram it to your car's security system for it to function. Make sure your trunk and hood are closed along with all of the other doors, then get into the driver's seat and shut the driver's side door. Put your key into the ignition and click it into ACC mode which is to click it back one click. Wait momentarily until you hear a beep. Quickly now click it forward once and then back to ACC mode where you will then hear another beep. Now open the driver's side door and then shut it to hear the last beep signifying that you are now in Programming Mode.

Press and hold down both the lock and unlock buttons for fifteen seconds and listen for the beep which will signal that the fob has been programmed. Continue this for all existing and new fobs, you will be able to program four remotes to your Grand Prix and will have to do them all at once due to the memory being forgotten every time you enter Programming Mode. Once you have programmed all of the remotes and heard a beep for each one programmed, remove the key from the ignition to exit Programming Mode. You are now free to test your fobs and ensure that they all work.

Sometimes the truck pops back up after closing

the remote is more than likely malfunctioning it is a passive system meaning that the car recognizes the remote when near even if no buttons are pressed, the trunk button in the remote might be shorting out.. try another remote, I know expensive but more than likely your issue

Trunk Release Button Won't Work

Any autoelectrical shop would be able to sort it. Make sure you check all of your fuses in the fuse panel. It may be that a relay is switching but the main source power isn't there.

Trunk lid pops open when Locking the Vehicle. Have to close it everytime i lock. This happened after an accident and replacing entire trunk lid.

I will do it in my own way since the wiring is messed up, and when i press close on my Remote, the trunk pops open. I will Harness this problem to benefit me since my remote does not have a trunklid switch. I will route the Motor (that has a piston) wire through the switch relay (located just above the vehicle ID plate area), so that opening the trunk lid is only possible when i keep pressing the trunk open swich (on the trunk lid) while at the same time pressing the close/LOCk button on my remote.
