I dont think the rams have aservicable filter. the only 1 i know of is located on the fuel pump and typically does not require replacement and is only serviced in the pump assembly

TO DO A TUNE UP.YOU REPLACE AIR FILTER - SPARK PLUGS + WIRES.CHECK IGNITION SYSTEM.CHECK CHARGING SYSTEM.CHECK ALL ENGINE FLUIDS.CHECK ALL COOLANT HOSES AND VACUUM HOSES.CHECK THE COOLING SYSTEM.REPLACE FUEL FILTER.INSPECT BATTERY CABLES + BATTERY.IF YOU HAVE TO CLEAN BATTERY CABLES.TURN OFF RADIO FIRST SO YOU WONT LOSE RADIO CODE.CHECK CONDITION OF THE DRIVE BELT.IF LOOKS CRACKED OR MISSING RIBBS REPLACE IT.
Try the fuel filter,if not then the fuel pump maybe bad. That light will go on when the engine gets to a real low rpm,like stalling. Try that & come back if that doesn't solve it.
