on all modern trucks, like we do this.
1: fuses all good
2::no crank we jumper cable jump crank it, first as all tow truck driver do. (as seen by AAA autoclub, tow service) watch them.
3: battery not dead.,charge it or have the shop load test it. or the lugs are loose and green with rust, clean them.
4: alternator not dead, well jump start it and runs but battery voltage is not 11v to 15vdc running so the ALT is dead or its HUGE 100amp fuse blown.
5:PRNDL dead, shift to N and cranking ,if good, P switch is bad.
the users manual shows how to crank it in Neutral using the brake pedal (keyon, step on brake, shift to N)

2005 Dodge Ram Hemi 5.7. Why do I have water blowing out of the manifold and exhaust pipe?
Which manifold?
Out of the exhaust pipe is normal at this time of year. We have had 6 questions in the last week and it happens every year as the weather turns cold. Your gasoline contains water are molecular level. The heat of combustion turns it to steam and it condenses in the cold exhaust and drips as water. Lots of questions about 'white smoke' coming from exhausts. That is called 'steam' :>D
Where is the throttle position sensor at on a 2005
THIS ENGINE HAS ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL..THERE ARE 2 THROTTLE POSITION SENSORS LOCATED IN THE THROTTLE BODY,COMPLETE ASSEMBLY MUST BE REPLACED IF DEFECTIVE..IT ALSO HAS SENSORS IN THROTTLE PEDAL ASSEMBLY AS WELL..WHAT TROUBLE ARE YOU HAVING?
I need to know the location of the turn signal flasher. I can hear it but am unable to locate it to remove it.
I don't think there is a flasher unit on Dodges newer than 2004. It's all electronically controlled through the TIPM (totally integrated power module) on the left front fender based on selections from the multifunction switch (turn signal lever and hazard switch). The clicking sound is generated by "an electromechanical relay soldered
onto the instrument cluster electronic circuit board that will produce
a clicking sound to emulate a conventional turn signal
flasher."
Lightning bolt icon comes on and truck will go
