Yes it sounds like a burnt out exhaust valve but it can also be a plug gap to big or to small OR a inlet manifold gasket sucking in air instead of petrol OR it could be a tight or sticking exhaust valve ..
The plugs for petrol or lpg are the same plugs and so dont let them tell you differant But the plug gap is
25 thou.dosent matter what make, all set to 25.
Let me know how you get on its

Do a compression test to make sure it is that cylinder.

once determined it is that cylinder, put a teaspoon of oil in the spark plug hole. If compression comes back then the vave is burnt, if compression stays down the rings are bad

2005 BMW 1 Series 1116i cranks but no start - plenty of fuel and fuel pumps working . no start

what fuel?, gas or diesel, LPG, LNG, e100 what?
(E81/E82/E87/E88; ? aka E8x says
"the four-cylinder turbo-diesel, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol, six-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol and six-cylinder turbocharged petrol (the latter only available on coup? and convertible models)."
I can not guess engines !, if not told straight up."
what does 1116i mean., google returns zip, a typo or bounced a key? YES !
or post the country and VIN and we tell you what is under the hood
and is first, step.
let we wild guess it burns GASoline (petrol)
and has spark (sure does) and spark is dead
DIY.
all fuses good
and next we scan the car at the OBD1 scan port USA, 16pins.
it then tells my why spark is dead.
and why spray test fuel fails. a standard easy test, for prove spark and engine are ok for 100 years, the same exact test.

your engine is here. find it and tell it for 10x more exact answers for free.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_BMW_engines

OK googling me like crazy car really is
Series 1.6 116i just 2 ones. no three.
I guess this is a BMW test day?
best I can tell that is an E87 BMW,actual
E87 1 Series 5 door 116i has a naturally-aspirated Inline 4 cylinder engine, Petrol motor. 1596 cm3 (1.6l)
This engine produces a maximum power of 115 PS (113 bhp - 85 kW) at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 150 Nm (110 lb.ft) at 4300 rpm.

So if E87 it is then it has spark and no fuel ever burns lacking spark
and must be scanned, after all fuses test good
here is the best test (EFI ways) DYI
1: connect scan tool & key on make sure scan tool works.!!!
2 CRANK FOR 5 SECONDS, AND RELEASE KEY
3: DO NOT TURN KEY OFF NOW.
4: SCAN AGAIN SEE WHY ECU TELLS YOU WHY SPARK IS DEAD,
IT SURE WILL, DTC P-3XX , HARD HARD ERRORS. LIKE THESE.
CPM DEAD.
CKP DEAD
SPARK DEAD.
FUSES DEAD
BATTERY WEAK
.
AND MORE, NOT SCANNING IS THE PROBLEM
YOU CAN NOT FIX MODERN CARS LACKING THE TOOL SO RENT ONE/?

MY GUESS THIS IS THE CAR

I have a polo 1 1.4 classic 4 cylinder problem petrol pump and petrol filter and my car strugle to start but the swing of starter very good 1 of the petrol pump or filter dont perform right and need help...

What year is you Polo? If you are in any doubt about the fuel filter change it anyway! They are usually cheap to buy.
When was the vehicle last given a full service? Oil, Air and fuel filters can cause bigger problems that you would expect. Old spark plug can do the same.
I'll need a bit more information to help. When you drive it what exactly does it do? Is it low on power? Does it struggle when you accelerate hard? Does it stall at junctions? Does it idle unevenly? Use the comment button below and I'll try to help you more.
Fuel pumps generally last a long time and only fail on very high mileage engines. The only times they fail sooner is if it have not been used properly. Running a vehicle constantly with a nearly empty fuel tank causes the pump to overheat and wear out faster.
Most 4 cylinder engines use the firing order 1,3,4,2. Number 1 cylinder is the one nearest the belts and pulleys on the end of the engine.

How do you put the spark plug wires back in the correct order if you forgot the right order by not marking them???

The oil should be labeled 1-6. The spark plugs on the front of the engine ( radiator side) are from the passenger to the drivers side 1-3-5. The cylinders on the back side of th engine are from passenger to the drivers side 2-4-6. Put the worse from the cylinder to the corresponding number on the coils. If your coils are not labeled I would need to know the eight letter of your vin number to get you the correct coil numbers.

Ford engine doesn't start after self tune up

Ok here is the meaning of firing order The numbers 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 represent the order of wish cylinder the distributor send a spark as it rotates Starting whit cylinder number 1 The distributor will have to rotor on the number 1 cylinder spark plug and the piston on the number 1 cylinder will be at the top So the fuel and air will be compressed and ignited by the spark plug. The next one will be the cylinder number 5 to do the same as the crankshaft and distributor rotate Next will be number 4 then 2 then 6 ? 7 ? 8. You get the idea "10 Degrees" The degrees represent of spark advance You may think gas explode instantly but it actually take a little time So for the explosion has maximum power when the piston reaches the top of the cylinder the distributor send the spark a little ahead of time 10 degrees of revolution is the recommended by the manufacture but that can be adjust buy losing up the distributor clap bolt and manually turn it. In order to adjust that you need a timing gun Than will flash light on the crankshaft pulley (harmonic balancer) and you will see a notch and a series of numbers than represents the timing advance Note If you have not turn the distributor by loosing to button clap bolt I recommend to live it alone and go to you local part store and get the repair manual find the firing order to see wish wire go to wish cylinder Rotate the crack shaft pulley on till the notch is on 0 and see if the distributor rotor is tours cylinder number one. Cars than don?t used distributor do that automatically and constantly adjust the ignition timing by the computer.

It seems like the injector is having problems one of the cylenders is not firing and is has a los of power and seems to run rough what could be wrong

Look you are looking at a number of things when a Cylinder, it can be electrical,1 like the spark plug can be not working, 2 the distributor cap if the car has one, 3 The spark plug wire that runs from the distributor to the spark plug that spouse not to work, 4 The fuel distributor if the car has mechanical fuel injection,5 The injector it self, is a way to diagnose it by first identify which Cylinder is not firing, also can be a burn intake or exhaust valve, to find out that you need a compression test at that not working cylinder. 2A
NOW if Your car is electronic fuel injection it can be a defective injector or the computer, You can try by taping on that injector wile motor idles, good luck
