Check autozone.com, but I would suggest that if your fuses are good both in the fuse box and under the hood then your multifunction switch is bad. It is behind the steering wheel and is not too difficult of a job but causes these symptoms when it fails. You will have to remove the air bag and rent a steering wheel puller but it is a pretty straightforward job. Be very careful with the air bag.

Sounds like the multifunction switch. Try working the hazard switch up and down a few times to see if you get some lights to work. If so then replace the switch.

Wipers
It's probably going to be the switch arm itself.

The part is a bit pricey, but it does come with the wiring diagram to place the new one in there.

The switch is the whole thing, turn signal, wipers, etc, and the arm.
