you should look at the fusible links that come off the starter relay.they look like normal wires but they are designed to burn in two if there is too much draw.to check them you only need to pull on the caseing of the wire to see if it is stretchy or not.if it is then replace it,if it's still stiff it's o.k.if you need to replace it then something in your car caused it to blow or it got week over time.hope this helps.

If the CEL is flashing, the cause of this feeling is undoubtedly an engine misfire. On a Crown Victoria, the CEL only begins to flash when a misfire is detected. Too much misfiring can damage the catalytic converter. This is a warning designed to avoid said damage.

Are you talking about the lighter part you hold in your hand or the socket it plugs into?

It will never start until the codes are canceled in its computer brain. Takes expensive specialty tools. A dealer can do it but you have to get it to them. A less expensive way is to call and ask a mobile mechanic if can do it. Not all of them can. Replacement keys fob are not expensive online but they also need reprogramming also.

It sounds as if you have something loose on the exhaust. Either a clamp or heat shield.

The mode door and mode actuator change where the air comes out. It's operated by vacuum. So you either have a leak or a bad mode door actuator motor.

Susan, inside the wiper motor is a parking peg which controls the position of wiper blades when off, It is possible the peg is damaged or broken. The wiper motor would have to be replaced in this case. You can find a used one at the auto wreckers, just make sure the plug is the same as yours, as they may be different from one year to another.Have a good Tech. check wipers, diagnose and estimate repair. no idea as to make or model but if the vacuum hoses come off , they are either too short or the engine mounts need replacing
