SOURCE: while driving engine just shuts off

go down and have your alternator checked, it might be weak, causing a surge in power to the ecu, shutting the engine down, if was the battery the car wouldnt fire right back up, another thing might be the fuel filter/pump, these should be the first things to check.

Anti theft system. You might have a door lock causing the anti theft system to kick in. (thinking its being stolen.)

2005 Suzuki Aerio hard to start, runs fine!?

I must assume the starter cranks at full speed. if yes.
then
its
1: never tuned up.
2: flooding (use wide open throttle to clear floods) "bad spark"
3: starving for fuel
there are simple tests for all 3 failure modes.
do you wish to test , or guess.?

WHEN I TRY 2 START MY CAR IT WILL CRACK OVER LIKE IT WANTS 2 START..BUT SOMETIME IT WILL START SOMETIME NOT....ILL LET IT SIT FOR 30 ARE SO MINUTES AND STARTS RIGHT UP

Someone will need to figure out if you are lacking spark to the plugs or fuel to the injectors.
It could be a faulty relay or the check valve in the fuel pump.

Sometimes car with start right up and other times not at all, its gets no spark when this happens or gas from the fuel injectors

There are two fuses that power the main relay, which powers the injectors and the computer.
I would check that relay first.

Engine shuts down

The only way to know for sure is to hook a gauge to the rail and check the fuel pressure when it won't start.
Sitting for a few minutes and restarting is normally a sign of a relay or coil cooling off.
There should be a EEC relay that powers the dist module and ECM.
I know you said you have spark, but it could be something else
related.
Also, if you have spark at the right time and no fuel pressure, you should be able to use starting fluid to substitute.
I don't suppose you have dual tanks and the switching valve is the problem ?

Car will shut down at random times. There is no pattern to it either. It will shut down at a traffic light, on the highway, or on city streets. I have power everywhere else: lights, radio, and everything...

It could be an electrical problem or a fuel problem somewhere, but I suspect the CPS (crankshaft position sensor) is going bad. When this starts going out, the car will shut off at anytime, but it will sometimes start right back up and sometimes a couple of hours. But I will say, if this is the problem it will leave you stranded. Good Luck.

2000 vw cabrio runs normal and shuts down, takes 5 to 20 minutes to restart, engine cranks but doesnt start, changed ignition coil, pulled diagnostic codes getting short to ground codes on cylinder...

On some models, the Engine Control unit has a power supply relay. These relays some times get internal dry solder points. After driving for some time the the solder will get hot and separate. When it cools down it makes contact again. You will have to replace this relay or open it up and re- solder the solder joints. The relay is usually located on the main relay station in position 3. the relay station is located behind the right dash panel.[right hand drive vehicles]. You may need to refer to a manual for your specific model to find the exact location of the relay.

Car sometimes takes a long time to start

when a car's engine is heat-soaked from driving it can be harder to start. your spark plugs probably need to be replaced or at least re-gapped. when spark plugs age the gap gets larger and this can make the engine harder to start under these circumstances.
