SOURCE: Hose from water pump to intake manifold above and behind water pu

this is a water pump bypass hose connector to the manifold, take the broken piece to a parts store and show it to them, it should have the threads still broken off in the manifold so explain that. To remove the broken piece ask for a EZ OUT to fit the piece you took to the store.
It is common for these to become brittle and break off but it is a simple fix.

SOURCE: 96' toyota corolla Exhaust Manifold Keeps Cracking

Sounds weird that this problem keep occurring over and over. Does it crack in the same spot every time?

Only two things I can think of that would cause this problem.
1. Extensive over heating, I've seen a exhaust manifold get glowing red hot because of a bad oxygen sensor.

2. Excessive Vibration. The whole exhaust line to the back of the car is moving around too much or too stiff. The exhaust line needs to move around enough to take the movement/vibration of the engine. I would check out for bad motor mounts and worn out exhaust pipe mounts.

No as soon as i fill the reservoir it empties in twenty minutes

There is a good chance that there may be a rusted out freeze plug leaking in behind the manifold where you can't see so well. That would explain the dripping and quick loss of coolant.

How to replace freeze plug 1997 acura tl

You most likely will have to remove exhaust and manifolds or even have to pull the motor out, knock the old ones out with punch and install new one ,s by hammering them in using a good sealer around the edge of the plug,I use a socket that fits inside the welsh plug, good luck.

Is it a big job to change welsh plug in a 2000 Daewoo nurbia, the one near the belts on the right.

Either welsh pugs rear or front will require the removal of manifolds strange the welsh plugs need replacing though would be uncommon it is time consuming have you checked the o ring around the water pump as this is more common

I noticed i had no water in radiator and i replaced then i noticed it was dripping out underneath the motor

Have a pressure test done on the cooling system . I suspect that there is a corroded/ rusted welsh plug in the block or head. If v8 slide under neath and look for rust stains on the block coming from a plug/cup On a 6 of four look under the exhaust manifold for the same thing. If that is the case remember 1 is the start of more.
