Mains Stage 1 83nm
Mains Stage 2 167nm

Big ends Stage 1 29nm
Big ends Stage 2 45 - 60 degrees

cylinder head-30-35 nm + 30-35 + 65deg + 65deg.
mains-30nm +65deg
big ends- 1 - 26nm 2 - 52NM
fly-wheel -130nm
cam-sprocket - 100-120
crank-pulley - 170-180
cam caps -15nm

big end - stage one 18-22 Nm. stage 2 40-50 degrees
main bearings stage 1 20 Nm stage 2 90 degrees

hi for main bearings it is stage 1 : 25nm leave for 10 mins then stage 2 its turn 53 degrees for big end bearings it is stage 1 : 23nm leave for 10 mins then stage 2 its turn 70 degrees hope this helps
