My heater blower continues to run when I turn the engine off on my 1996 Oldsmobile ninety eight. Part salesmen tell me that it could be the relay gone bad. Where would I find the location of the relay

The fuse will be marked "htr A/C".It might be on the very top row of 2 fuses or it might be in the center next to "B/U horn". There is also a resistor on the heaterbox beside the heater motor that goes bad quite often. It could also be a worn out fan switch inside the car. I would replace the resisitor first.
if you haven't got your blower fan fixed yet, im sure it to be the same as mine, the blower motor relay which is out on the firewall under the big fuse block. take plastic cover off over the fuses and move the fuse block out of the way and you will see it staight under that. should be two screws holding it on.
There is a blower motor resistor that controls the speeds of the blower. It is by the blower motor and will have a group of wires. It usually has 2 small screws holding it on.
