Oil leak
There is a timing cover gasket behind the water pump. You may have to clean off the block to find the leak. Mechanics can use dye in the oil and a black light.
COOLANT LEAK ON RIGHT SIDE
It could very well be, if the engine is the 3.8L. There is a coolant pipe with a 90o angle, going into the front of the intake manifold. It has an "O" ring at the intake and another at the coolant bypass assembly. Quite often the "O" ring gets hard and leaks, or the plastic coolant pipe deteriorates and breaks inside the intake manifold. Either the coolant bypass / tensioner assembly will need to be removed or the intake manifold will have to be removed to replace the pipe.
Where the relay switch for
Despite the overdrive icon and manufacturers calling it overdrive, there is no overdrive unit on your Oldsmobile. What is mistakenly referred to as an overdrive unit is the lock up torque converter. Over a certain speed (usually about 35 mph), and absent a call for heavy acceleration, the torgue converter is hydraulically locked so that the drive and driven vanes in the converter spin as a single unit. The lock-up is controlled by a solenoid valve in the side pan of the transmission. The most common problem with the solenoids is that they fail to release and keep the converter locked up which stalls the engine at stops. The usual cure is to replace the solonoid
The blower motor on this vehicle fell out and
It's marked AC and it's in the under hood fuse relay center, near the battery. The ballast resistor can fail too it's the device that if you follow the wire from the blower motor, it's in the heater box next to the blower and it can be unpligged , melted and just bad. Connect a test light between the two wires that connect to the motor, and with the key on, work the heater controls, to see if the light will come on in any position, wiggle the connections watching the light. If it's not working you might still have power so connect the test light between the body ground and the wires to the motor and you can find that you have power but not ground. The blower relay in in the firewall fuse relay center, standing in front of the car behind the engine it's the third relay from the left, under the Maxi fuse panel. This panel has two black covers and it's under the left one. The resistor is right under this fuse panel and it can have two plugs connected to it. The two wire connector is just power and ground. and it's on all the time the power from the maxi fuse. The maxi just makes the high speed though the relay and the lower speeds are controlled by the number 50 fuse in the insrument panel fuse panel number 50 it's a 25 amp fuse (clear)

Transmission wont work
First thing you need to do is to check the transmission fluid, warm the car up then run it through drive and reverse a few times, then with the wheels chocked, put it in neutral and check the level by pulling out the dipstick, wipe it off with a rag and then put it in again and then pull it out and see if the level is at the full line.If not use dexron 3 transmission fluid to top it up.The next step would be to repair any external leaks that you find.hope this helps!
