If your saying it wont spin over the engine than the starter is going bad. If it spins over but won't start then try a fuel filter.

check your fuel filter & fuel pressure. best place to start.

Does the starter engage? Or does the solenoid just click? I would look to be sure you have very good connections on the heavy ground and +12 line to the starter. Make sure the battery connections are good.
I have also seen problems where the starter physically binds when mounted.

check your batt voltage to see if your battery still good should be 12.6 volts no less than 12.4 volts you may have a short some were a some serious resistance in your cables when your car is running check your voltage at the alternator should be around 14.6 or higher then check your voltage at the batt while the car is still running should be the same if you have a really big difference then your battery cables have a lot of resistance /corrosion

Air in system, you need check it out, master cylinder seals worn, try bleeding system first.
