What numer fuse runs the cuise control and back wiper i dont have a owners manuel

In the instrument panel fuse box , fuse # 2 30 amp. is power for the wiper control module . Pulling that fuse will or should turn them off . Your wiper / washers are controlled by a electronic control module , if i were to guess ,i would say that was bad. But that is just a guess , without testing don't know for sure . Also there is a switch inside the wiper motor that allows parking operations of the wipers .

Fuse 113 which is a 30A fuse controls the front wiper motor and washer pump. You can also download another copy of the owners manual from Ford at https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals/results.asp . Hope this helps.

on the wiper controls there is a ring turn it and wiper will come on unless there is a problem with something.

How about the brake switch above brake pedal? Any fusible links or relays that can be checked?

1996 is all I have. Look on back of cover for fuse chart.

Location
The fuse junction panel is located to the left of the steering column. To expose the fuse junction panel, remove the fuse panel cover (14A003) as outlined.

its the fuse inside the fusebox under the hood. the box is right in front of the battery. I had the same problem. 4 dollar part. look it up in the owners manuel and your good to go.

The would be the most comun ploblem. Lock for the fuse box. When you find it there shoud be a diagam that tell you where the fuse is located, if not you can upll out the fuses one at a time untill yuo find the burn one. make sure to get the fuses in the same spot and all the way in.

Check vacuum tee under hood by fire wall. Looks like a fishing cork, three ports.

Fuse#11 30A , Wiper Run/Park
Relay, Wiper Hi/LO Relay, Windshield Wiper
Motor, Rear Washer Pump Relay

U will also need to check the relays if the fuse is ok, the relay, it is the underhood fuse box
Relay #202 — Front Wiper Run/Park Relay

if you can use a test light or vom, you can check them easily to see which one is blown. VOM is best you can test them while keys is off for continuity. Hope this helps you.
