When I start my 2004 envoy xuv the oil pressure is almost zero, I turn the car off and restart and the oil pressure is fine then any Idea whats wrong

I assume this car has a warning light. You should have a mechanic remove the oil pressure sender unit and replace it with a gauge. This will show what is really going on. I suspect the sender is faulty.

My 2005 Envoy's low oil pressure light will come on when I am at a stop and my car is ideling. My oil gauge will also drop. I just change the oil and filter about 1 month ago

When engine is idling the oil pressure sign can come up and that is OK. However if you've noticed that gauge shows much lower oil pressure that a bad sign. Show it to knowledgeable mechanic (but don't be lured in the engine replacement; ask for a root cause - it may be oil receiver or oil pump). Also I hope there's no oil puddles under the car? What about oil level?

My oil pressure gage on my 2004 gmc envoy needle has move past 80. I checked the oil its fine. And the suv still running good with no smoke.

It is very possible that the stepper motor that drives the gauge is going bad and needs to be replaced. There are services that repair clusters, check on Ebay.

As soon as i turn motor on the check gauge light comes on - the oil pressure drops and then the instrument panel said stop motor - it has not been running for a couple years

Check the oil level in the engine. Have the oil pressure checked with a manual gauge hooked directly up to the engine to see if the pressure is good.

My oil pressure gage just drops to 0!!!

You need to replace the oil pressure sending unit, this is what tells your gauge what the pressure is. For future information if your oil pressure drops again and its a real failed oil pump within a few minutes you will internally damage the engine. I would get a new Oil Pressure Sending Unit. Let me know if you have any questions.... Thanks!
