You have problem with your Rear Anti lock brakes. It has a code in the system. Try reseting the system. Unplug the black box next to the master cylinder for about a minute and plug it back in. Start it back up and see if the brake light is still flashing. If it is I'll post how to check it for codes.

Bleed or replace the slave cylinder. Make sure if there is enough brake fluid or if the fluid id not leaking.
