With cop ignition, two wire ignition coil, ic control is in the pcm.
Voltage to the coil goes hot when you turn on the key, fuse protected. Your computer controls the coil ground circuit. I'm not sure about engine size?

2001 Ford F-150. How to replace the EVAP on it. I have DTC Code P1451.

Question edited for clarity, 'evac' to 'EVAP' and toss in some CAPS.
Question moved to model category.

Better to test it than just replace. $30 on Amazon, $90 at Autozone.

The P1451 code indicates that there's an issue with your vehicle's EVAP systems vent solenoid. The engine control module (ECM) looks for a change in the EVAP system pressures to validate that the EVAP vent solenoid has actually opened or closed the vent.

Where is the fuel injector relay on my 2001 Ford F150 5.4 l

Your fuel injectors will be controlled by the PCM and do not have an external relay. Your fuel pump relay should be in the under hood power distribution module.

Need wiring diagram for 2001 ford f150 power control module and antitheft module .i have changed both modules and had the system rebooted .my injecters still do not pulse

IF the theft lite is NOT flashing. Unplug and plug the crank sensor a few times and see if it starts. Replace the sensor and clean the terminals of the connector. If the theft lite IS flashing check the plug below the steering column for broken wires to the PATS antenna. Tilt wheels on some fords/lincolns stretch that wire and breaks at plug.

Gearshift locked, no power windows, interior lights, wipers

For starters, do you have brake lamps? The shift lockout is controlled by the brake switch. As far as the others, yes it could be the GEM (generic electronic module) some of these vehicles have water intrusion problems that leat into the fusebox and GEM which is located on the back of the fuse box. If you can look at the fuse box inside the vehicle and if you can see the back, look for corrosion which is a sign of water.

Power windows, wipers, and lights don't work.

I think your problem is the electric control module. its a little black box under the dash that controls the head lights and parklights and interior lights. your doors have a switch by the door latch, when you open the door. use a screw drive to lock the door with out closing it . then see if the fuse still pops. if it does yous problem is the latch itself

    Power windows

sounds like you have a problem with the gem module, (generic electronics module). This is a common problem with most ford trucks and suv's. you can find it behind the knee bolster on the drivers side under the dash.... hope this info helps.
