It could be, best thing to do is start your car and with radio on, but volume on low, listen to the passenger rear speaker for the noise you are talking about.

Can not remove 1999 Aurora Oldsmobile Key from ignition switch

Run it through the rack from Park to Low 1 and back. If it doesn't release after that you need a good auto-electrician. Also sounds like you have a faulty ignition switch.

1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass, sunroof is stuck open and it goes back and lift up but it won't shut. Cpuld it be a fuse? If so wheres the fuse located?

When pushing close switch?
are any sounds from switch,
is any movement to window,

The fuse can be found in one of two places. Fuse box on driver side lower dash by driver door.

Relay Fuse Center, under the hood, upper driver corner.

A bad fuse would cause NO POWER to sunroof. IF window moves back and up, fuse is good. Cause for not closing, or moving forward would be wire connection to forward/close switch, or a bad switch. Also could be window track.

Checkand clean sliding track, window could be geting stuck on something.

Check wiring to switch, this means pulling the switch.

My 99 grand cherokee is making a buzzing noise from underneath when its in neutral or park

looks like problems are stacking up here.???
to get help with a buzz, we need to find it.
if its a black box. how may wires go to it and what are the colors of said wires. or look them up, in the schematics.
the speed sensor is bad. or the wires fell off the connector or the connector is corroded.
the 02 are bad, and same suffix, fell off, corroded or melted to exh pipe.
OD lamp is a OD lamp and a warning lamp the operators guide tells you that , it will say, scan the PCM for tranny errors, but you already did that? right and the speed sensor is dead, and no tranny shifts right with a speed (VSS) sensor dead. in fact it goes to limphome mode,

Drivers side glass top right corner want go in slot

Your Glass Won't go into the Slot? It sounds like your Glass has moved Below inside the Door and no longer inside the track. You need to remove the Door Cover and get the glass back into the Track.

Now WHY did it come out of the Track? Your Regulator is screaming... LUBE ME... LUBE ME.

So while you are working on the Glass, get some White Lithium Grease and put it on the Cables and Moving Parts.. you will be happy you did.

2000 oldsmobile alero exhaust problem.

If you can tell where the sound is coming from. Look for any smoke venting out. It maybe that the exhaust manifold gasket is going bad. This will cause exhaust to escape from the engine before the tail-pipe. If this is the case, it will not pass SMOG. Could be dangerous for you health as well.
If this is the case, you should be able to hear the gas escape when giving it some gas in Park. Could be the muffler or any part of the exhaust depending on where it is coming from.

When I put the car in reverse this morning I heard a "clunk". Stopped immediately...car is sitting lower on left front corner. What does this mean?

do you have an anual mechanical inspection?? where its put over a pit and inspected ,and on a rolling road brake tester ,shock absorber bouncer thingy?? chassis number checked lights checked obviously not because it sounds like your lower track control arm /strut,ball joint has come apart .Right time is pressing and i have a car to take to the test centre for just such a test.

The automatic door lock on my 96 Honda Accord makes a loud buzzing sound when locking. Is there anyway to fix it myself? How do I take off the door panel to

My 1996 Honda had the same thing on the driver side door.

It was caused by a deteriorated rubber stop inside the door lock actuator module. The module is buried down in the lower outside corner of the door. Inside the module there is a track on which two electrical contacts slide along with the actuator, and a small rubber bumper stop. When this stop deteriorates, the contacts over travel and run off the track. Evidently this confuses the actuator controller into oscillation. The control module limits the time this occurs, so the buzz stops after a short while. There is somewhat of a spring return action to the mechanism, so the contacts return to the track, making things good again.

The dealer couldn't get just the rubber part, so $130+ for the whole module. My make-shift o-ring replacement only lasted a few months.

Definitely a chore to get the module out and back in.

Parking lights come on and stay on intermittently when the car is off and no keys are in the ignition

MSchmdt1702 I just fix this problem. I had to replace the switch that the turn signal handle plugs into. The switch cost about 450 from the dealer. I'm sorry I can not remember what the exact name of the part. If I find it I will post it
