Replace the bearing. Remove the tire, take the brake apart, remove the bolt for the bearing, knock it out. Just a note.. The wheel studs could be really loose also.

My back tired on drivers side of my mercury mountaineer 2006 is wobbling back and forth

Make sure wheel nuts are tight. If they are you may have broken/seperated belts in the tire. Have the tire inspected. If ok I would check for loose wheel bearing/hub assembly.

Car started to shake while driving

Jack front end. Use both hands to check driver and passenger side tires for slight wobble. If wobbles, you have a bad ball joint. Otherwise inspect tie-rod end for wear.

'95 Dodge Caravan has a wobble kinda.

How are the tires wearing, could you need an alignment? Is the anti sway bar broken? When I hear that you have a clunking noise while accelerating I want to blame your CV joints, are you sure they are fine?
