Gear shifter is stuck on
PERMANENT FIX that doesn't cost a dime or require any tools. It happened to me by accident. Break the detante by moving the gear selector while holding the manual override lever (plastic lever inside the access hole). Once it is gone no matter what the brake switch calls for (lock gear selector or not) the gear selector will always be movable because the mechanical locking mechanism is no longer there. TADA!!! So what if you no longer have to depress the brake pedal in order to change gears. Call it a retro fix.....!

Blower Motor Grounding Point
My diagram is showing that the ground goes through the instrument cluster not G200. If you unplug connector 2 at the heater control there should be power on the first 4 wires with the key on. The 5th wire is the G200 ground. If there is power plug it back in and see if there is power at the blue with pink wire on connector 1 with the connector plugged in. If there is power there than there is an issue with that wire or in the cluster. it is also possible that the TIPM or the cluster detected a problem with the HVAC and decided to shut it down. You would need a scan tool to see if this is the case.
