I have a 1985 Chevy 350 with an ac delco hei distributor and i have the plug wires crossed up somewhere. I need a diagram to show the correct plug wire placement please. Thanks

This should do it.
You can also do an internet search for a standard 350 Chevy engine.
The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
The order is the same for engines from the mid 1990s back to the late 1970s.

Firing order diagram for 91 camaro rs v6

See Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4
To avoid confusion, remove and tag the spark plug wires one at a time, for replacement.
If a distributor is not keyed for installation with only one orientation, it could have been removed previously and rewired. The resultant wiring would hold the correct firing order, but could change the relative placement of the plug towers in relation to the engine. For this reason it is imperative that you label all wires before disconnecting any of them. Also, before removal, compare the current wiring with the accompanying illustrations. If the current wiring does not match, make notes, to reflect how your engine is wired.

NOTE: To avoid confusion, remove and tag the spark plug wires one at a
time, for replacement.

If a distributor is not keyed for installation with only one orientation, it
could have been removed and installed improperly and then rewired. The new
wiring arrangement would maintain the correct firing order, but could change the
relative placement of the plug towers in relation to the engine. For this reason
it is imperative that you label all wires before disconnecting any of them.
Also, before removal, compare the current wiring with the accompanying
illustrations. If the current wiring does not match, make notes of the current
plug wire locations and orientation of the distributor cap.

Need ignition firing for 95 4 l. engine

1-5-3-6-2-4

ALL Jeep 4.0 motors use this firing order. Any year, any model, high output or not.

Also, the spark plug wire placement on the cap, in a clockwise direction from the post nearest the engine block is: 6-2-4-1-5-3. (to the left side of the number 6 post, there should be a hold down screw or strap for fastening the distributor cap to the distributor.
