Thats a good temp. Put a 190 thermostat in it an roll on.

check thermostat, check fan to make sure working, check belt to see if on leaking,,,leaking water pump? check pulley for wobble. hope this helps!!!!1

go google and type in ---firing order for chev motors-- there are pages with the firing orders and rotor direction

well on the Chev trans if you have a bit of auto back ground it's not to bad to do but sounds like the park linkage in the trans has come off. to fix this you will have to pull the pan and right beside were the linkage is in the trans there will be a rod and a bracket that the rod slides in some times the bracket comes loose or has broke but once you pull pan you will see it cant miss it and you will see it's an easy fix. even if the bolt broke it can be drilled and tapped easy cause its facing up to down all shavings will just fall to ground re tap then thread with new bolt and done

Unplug the electrical connector and see if the engine runs any differently. If it does, then it's working when it's plugged in. Check for vacuum leaks using the under hood schematic.

I would guess one of three things is your problem . 1) is as mentioned by greg_margo is the egr could be stickin or not getting vaccum .2) is the iac ( intack control valve) located n your tbi carb base right rear corner of carb . or your carb base gasket is bad seen this many times with th early 90's caprice weather its a 4.3 5.0 or 5.7litre engine . worked n many of these and still have do as I work for a co. that still has one with over 400,00 mile and still running strong same engine 5.0

check your trans fuild after that there are springs ballbarings and cervos in the valve body that any one of them could be going out was the car a cop car at any time if so then they put them threw hell so i would take the car to a transmisson place if you dont know a place yellow pages i know this dont help that much also when was the last time you did a filter change on it its best to do a change every 50k miles

Could be a grounded wire. Fuses usually blow when there is an overload or when a 'hot wire' is being grounded somewhere. Check all the wiring at the injectors and try to trace back to the wiring harness.
