Thumping noise under front end and can be felt on drivers side
That's a tough one since there can be so many different causes, starting with something loose under the hood to a problem with the suspension (sway bar links, control arm bushing, ball joint, strut mount, motor mount, etc etc). This can be a serious safety issue, so if it were my vehicle, I would first get to a dealer or alignment shop right away to have the front end suspension, tires and wheels checked.

I am a mechnaic and I would suggest you tell them exactly what you just wrote. Based off your description I already have a good idea what is wrong. There are a series of doors located behind the dash that control the quantity and temperature of the air coming out of the vents. The blend door for the passerngers side of the vehicle has malfunctioned. This could be the motor that controls the door or even a broke or stuck door. The dealers scan tool can be used to determine if it is an electrical malfunction or a meachnical malfunction but in most cases this requires getting behind the dash. Hope this helped.
Sounds like the problem is in the main window control switch located on drivers door.
