It's right next to the air filter and behind the radiator fan and to the right of the oil dipstick. The transmissions is black and the oils is yellow. If it's a manual, there's no dipstick there. If not check close to the forewall towards the back of the engine.

it sounds like it is over filled you will need to drain it back down to the little x marks and some oil change places has the pumps so they can pump some out and get it back to the level it should be

As for obtaining the dipstick. You might try Napa. If not Napa, then a Ford Dealer. I doubt the dip stick is the end of your troubles here, though.

Drill small hole in what's left inside the tube - insert bolt extractor - pull out dip stick. Material is relatively soft so drilling is easy. Buy new dip stick.

With truck on level ground and at normal running temp, climb under it unscrew filler screw and fluid should just trickle out.
