Sensor for radiator fan 01 mitsubishi eclipse 4 cylinder

Assuming the cooling system is full of fluid, there is a coolant temp sensor that tells the computer what the engine temp is. When the engine reaches aprox 220 degrees the computer grounds the fan relay.
If you have tested the fans and you know they work, could be the sensor or the relay, or the computer.

I have a 200 mitsubishi galant, and the radiator fan stopped working, i'm just looking for where the fuse for this might be so i can replace it and see if that fixs it before i buy a new one

looking at my neighbors galant, i believe that there's a relay in the engine compartment fuse panel on the driver's side fenderwell. location of relay is marked on the underside of cover.
