2002 isuzu rodeo V6 4wd loss of power: When I am ideling with my AC running all of a sudden I loose all power to my eng. The eng is still running, but there is no drive capability.

Cleaning the injectors may fix the problem. I've had similar problem of poor acceleration, loss of speed uphill though it's fine at low speeds. I had the injectors removed and saw the build up of hard deposits which can only be cleaned when the injectors are removed. My car works fine now.

Another cause of power loss in diesel engines is clogged fuel filter. Some vehicles have additional fuel filter INSIDE the fuel tank. I had my tank taken down and the inside filter cleaned and it fixed the problem. Some petrol stations and repair shops provide this service.
If replacing the fuel filter in the engine compartment doesn't fix the problem, try this one.
