Check the brake light accuator switch it is up above the brake pedal and its probably just unhooked from the bracket all you have to do is put it back in the bracket and lock it in

The brake light on the dash or the brake lights on the rear of the car?

If dash then check the brake fluid. Could be when you move forward it moves the fluid enough to make the light come on. So check and top off the fluid. If really low check your front pads.

if rear lights look at the brake peddle to make sure it is firm and not rudding on teh brake light switch.

Brake lights on peugeot 406 automatic are stuck on whenever headlights are switched on .. And dash lights light up when no headlights are on by pressing foot break

you have a bad earth connection somewhere most likely from the rear light cluster or the brake pedal brake switch. check all the black earths around the lights front and back and also to the battery.

Front lights ( Dims ) come on when I press break pedal

Sure sounds like someone transposed the power leads from the brake peddle and the light switch - or the ground is bad - and a back feed of power is causing this.
I suggest pulling the Headlight fuse to determine if that feeds the head or brake lights. Same with the brake fuse.

Ground feed back is most likely and most difficult to identify. A bad connection to ground - somewhere - can do some weird things to lights.

Loud noise sometimes ocurs when excelerating or braking. sounds like metal draging , but it is not.

Does it make a thudding sond on the shifter....Frist off is it 6-speed or auto, and is it a 5.7/z28/ss or base model...Could be rear tranny mount which is located on the crossmember of the car...If you put it in drive hold your foot firmly on the brake and accel, slowly only to about 2krpms, have a friend look under the middle of your car and watch for the trannie to buckle up towards the back half shaft.....Get back at me with this info..I own 7 camaros, i can def help you w/ this....

Is the car stick shift or auto. Sound like a problem with either the transmission which is spinning all the time even when sat still. Or the Rear axel is tuffed out..

No brakes after changing brake caliper & bleeding system

Sounds like you still have air in your brake lines. Make sure all your brake lines are tight. Then bleed again. Bleed the trouble side first, meaning right side, then go to front left, back left then back right, make sure that your brake fluid is also full
