When I push the 'lock' button on my remote fob to activate the alarm system, I'm getting three chirps, indicating that a door or the hood or the trunk is ajar. I've repeatedly opened and closed all of these, and concluded that a sensor has probably gone bad (although I don't know which one). Is this something I need to ask the dealership to repair, or is this something I could tackle myself?
