Check the trouble codes with a good code reader that will check the ABS system. Sounds like the ABS sensor on the axle brake is either missing, not connected or the wrong version for your truck.
DTC C1101 : Base Brake System Pressure Sensor 2 Range . Has nothing to do with steering wheel position sensor or the EBCM or BPMH !

change all the fuel filters and bleed any air out of the system. Check the variable action of the turbo actuator and check that the vacuum hose to it is not brittle and cracked.. Run fault codes to see if any faults have been recorded
