Well i dont think my parking brake cable is attached to anything and i dont have any rear brakes
You may check the preeure sensor on the master cylinder. Also, if the switch for the parking brake is stuck closed, or if the ABS speed sensor or monule have failed, it could have cuased these sysptoms.

SOURCE: dash warning light
on the 93 there is a problem with the abs system. there are several things that could be wrong. if i remember correctly the module is behind the passenger side kick panel. you will find a single wire coming off the module. if you ground it then turn on the key it will flash the brake lights in the dash. count the flashes this is the code for the error. it will help in the repair. as for the second truck you have a leak that needs repaired.
SOURCE: bleeding brakes
always bleed front driver side first, front right, left back
right back.
make sure you always have oil in the master
SOURCE: I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota who ABS light and Brake
when brake light is constantly on it normally means the rear brake light dont work (bulb blown) ABS normally means sensors pushed too far or teeth on abs cv axle could be damaged or bent. check that first.
SOURCE: no brake lights
Crossed up live wires with ground on the trailer harness, check the truck fuses for the lights they might be blown.
SOURCE: 92 dodge dakota parking lights brake lights and
check fuse first, or it's a ground problem somewhere try new ground wire at interor light and on at brake light , regound them right at the problems to steel
