Both outside side mirrors are no more defogging even when the rear defrost switch is activated. Rear window defog is ok, no problem at all. And both mirrors can move ok with the switch. Any suggestion where to look? The problem appeared suddenly at the same time. Thks in advance Daniel

Without proper electrical diagnostic equipment and based on the very through description that you gave I would suggest getting a new switch. I say a new switch because on the drivers side the switch is one giant junction block. I have the same vehicle and had my door panel off for some locking issues.
I have attached a link to Ford Direct. The part that you are looking for is Window switch, explorer, 4 door, right

you need to make sure the wires are on the glass on each side and there is no broken wires in the glass there is a repair kit at a auto store to fix if you have a volt meter test it and that way you can find the problem look for breaks in the wire in the glass and do not for get the wires on each side of the glass.

Aside from the fuses, your drive side power door lock may be failing to work because of a bad door-lock relay system, or, alternatively, the locking switch/button, itself, is not malfunctioning and in need of replacement.
A great handyman site that specifies the above probable causes and more is the following link:
