The abs , traction control , transmission and cruise are all connected. You will need to have codes pulled to even know where to start.

have you looked on the cap where you add the oil?...some will have the type of oil required, printed right into that filler cap...check it out

of course, you could also check your owners manual for recommended grade ..if you still have it.

any good API rated 5w-30 or 10w-30 oil is fine. API = American Petroleum Institute and is stamped right on the bottle.

I don't think Toyota calls it a PCV valve like most companies I believe they call it a ventilation valve

You need to identify the ODB II code from the vehicle computer. That will tell you where the problem is located. Auto Zone, Advance Auto and several other parts stores will read this code for free for you.

How old are your tires? The factory installed Geolandars are garbage. A broken radial belt in one of your front tires could be the culprit. A free, but labor intensive test is to raise one side of the car with 2 jacks, swap front and rear tires, then do the other side. See if the vibration and nois move to the back. If it does, then the problem is with the tire. Sometimes you can feel around the outer circumference of the tire and locate the bulge where the broken belt is. Hope this helps.

That symbol (tire tread) could mean a low tire pressure. The majority of vehicles today have the low tire pressure warning system, which indicates that one or more of the tires are below the minimum tire pressure. Have the tire pressure checked in each tire. As for turning the warning light off, some vehicles the light will go out after tires are inflated properly.
