Im not getting any heat and my truck is

It is overheating because not enough coolant circulating through engine water jacket. There are 3 things to cause this problem:
1- Bad Thermostat is not opening at pre-determine temperature. 2- Bad water pump not turning as the belt driving. 3- Bad radiator is clogging up causing coolant stagnant even good thermostat and good water pump
Since you don't have heater, there maybe a serious problem of no coolant in the loop due to a blown head gasket. What happens is that due to the blown head gasket, coolant gets through the oil path from water jacket, so the coolant level is low not at the coolant hose level for heater core to receive the coolant. There is no coolant flowing through the heater core or heater matrix, hence there is no heater.
Check oil level, if it is high then water already gotten in the engine causing coolant is at low level from radiator. If you don't have this problem then you can be happy about that. Now go back to check on the 3 things that I mentioned earlier. Good luck.

Ive changed out my water pump as well as my fan

You need to make sure there is no air trapped in the system. I assume you flushed the radiator when you changed the thermostat. I also assume you installed fresh coolant mixed 50/50 antifreeze and distilled water. I also assume you installed the thermostat correctly with the spring facing the engine. Look on the upper part of the cooling system and the engine for bleeder valves (If Equipped). Now remove the radiator cap from a cold engine and make sure the radiator is totally full. Set the heater temperature control to HOT. Start the engine and look for escaping air bubbles from the radiator. Keep the coolant level full at all times. It will take awhile for the thermostat to fully open so be patient. Once you see no more escaping air bubbles install the cap. Wait about 2 minutes with the engine running and use the bleeder valves to remove any more trapped air from the system. Post back if this did not help.

If there is no switch or lever, it is suppose to be permanent 4WD. Remove the short driveshaft connecting the front differential to the transmission/gearbox.

Sunroof left open during rain.

what you have on your hands is a flud condition. Its going to take a very skilled diagnostician to figure that problem out, your vehicle probably has about 15 modules inside the vehicle that got wet, airbags, HVAC, suspension control, etc. where are you located?

My son needs help.

have to jiggle the steering wheel while gently trying to coax the key back. i have had this happen to me on a couple of occasions. finesse. don't try to force, just nice and gently back and forth and it will free up the internal locking mechanism which is preventing you from turning the wheel.

good luck, hope this helps

Air suspension has been repaired

I don't know what year your Rover is but it sounds like you still have a small air leak some where. When mine was going out, it definitely needed more time raise the rover. I just left in the gear in park until it raised to the correct setting. If still takes to long, better take it back to installer. Good Luck!!!

Heat Coil Needs to be replace

If you have a leak on the inside of the front tyre this is the swivel hub leaking. Go to ebay and look up "swivel hub grease". You need to replace the swivel hub oil with one shot grease.

Air suspension inactive freezes

Listen if the compressor is running constantly. If it is the compressor seal has failed. This is an easy fix. You can buy a new seal from ebay and change the seal yourself. There is a seller on ebay from Holland that gives you full picture instructions.
