Hi,
This sounds like you may have a problem with the fan control module. You will need to have this module tested and if this is ok then have the circuit wiring checked.
Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks

In the instrument panel there's
You have a bulb in the rear of your car that is blown. Try turning the car off then back on without pressing the brakes. If the light does not come on, press your brake pedal down and then check to see if the light appears again. If it doesn't, your brake lights are okay. Next turn your park/headlights on. If the light appears in the panel, you have a blown rear bulb. The light will come on if any of the rear bulbs are blown so you will have to visually check it while the lights are on to see which one is defective. It's best checked at night or right before sunset so you can easily see which bulb needs to be replaced.
Black smoke when car goes into high speed, also
Black smoke is from to much fuel. You may have a bad 02 sensor. Have the codes checked first, even if the light doesn't stay on. 02 sensors are what help regulate the fuel mixture. if one or all is running lean, it is telling the computer to add more fuel. before you replace the sensor/s check for vacuum leaks. Let me know
