Has anyone checked to see if the blower motor is getting power and ground ?

try cleaning the stereo with a cd laser cleaner

Check the ignition system,when one of these goes out it take out another cylinder,you hhave a misfire,

These are RANDOM MISFIRE, #1 and #2Have you swapped Coils for those Cylinders?Have you swapped Injectors to see if the Misfire Follows them?

i dont think it would be the computer did you check the fuses if its not the fuses follow the battery cables see if theres a relay on one of the cables or if your ground is bad

sounds like you have some wiring problem could be wiring harness having a short in it

Spray it with carberator cleaner to get the gunk. You might want to put fuel injecter cleaner in the gas tank.

IM SUGGEST YOU TO CHANGE THE CAR, THE PROBLEMS BEGINING SOON

I would seriously recommend bringing it into a Certified Lexus Dealer, there the Technicians will have most likely accoutered the issue before and have an accurate and precise diagnoses, for your ride issue.

The fuel line from the tank, the fuel pump, to the fuel filter and the fuel injection system , pump and injectors must be checked ONE BY ONE.
However the fuel filter must be changed in a span of about at least 10000 miles or much earlier if the fuel has dirt .
A code check can determine your fault and your electrical system must also be looked into.
