I have the following codes can someone tell me
I went through both OBD I and OBD II codes for your car and cannot find a match, based on the starting letter of the code. Most codes start with the letters P0 or E. Anyway, go to the autozone.com website and register there. It's free and will give you access to an online repair manual for the car. You will see the diagnostic charts that I mentioned there, so you can see for yourself what I am talking about. (By the way, you didn't say what engine you had, so I was checking all engine sizes.) Hope this helped and best wishes.
Service ride control on my 93 seville
the tire control system is the electronic control system that monitors the tire pressure and condition for you. The first thing that I would look at would be the tires and see how they look and verify that they have proper pressure.
Scion xb won't start but my radio and air come on.
It looks like the start may be at the end of it's time, but before you go and replace the start, check the wires and make sure that there is not breaks or corrosion causing the start not to work. You could also give the starter a tap with a small hammer and then try to start it. It may just be on a dead spot and you may get a few more start with it so you can drive it to a garage and have them repair it or you can move it around so you can work on replacing the starter your self. Good luck and hope this helps.
My cadilac sevlille sts cranks and run but if you
I had a similar problem, you need to take it to a auto electrician, that hopefully knows about the Cadillac electrical system, try to find a friend or realtive because it can get exspensive. They have to go through all the electric... It seems that year is common when things like that occur, it is related to the built in security system...My friends ....friends who did my electric auto work charged me $230.00, and said it was a wire down the steering colum that he replaced.."I have know idea exactly what he did...because I did not watch.....but he fixed it".
I know it could get frustrating and discouraging, hang in there.. I been there before...Just save some money and try to find a affordable person ..who does auto electrical , to fix it for you....
Best of luck...I know you will get it done..
PARKING BRAKE RELEASE
IF U SET DOWN ON THE ROCKER PANEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND REACH RIGHT UP TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY, THEIR IS A LEVER U CAN FEEL (ITS GOT LIKE A LITTLE HANDEL TO THIS LEVER) AND I BELIEVE U PULL IT TO U, THIS IS THEIR INTENTIONAL TO RELEASE THE BRAKE, I HAVE A 97 AND I HIT THE PEDAL WITH MY FOOT SOMETIMES AND THE LIGHT WILL COME ON SO I HAVE TO RESET IT THIS WAY, I THINK TO MUCH FORCE OR OUT OF ADJUSTED BRAKE CABLE WILL CAUSE ALSO. GOOD LUCY TO U..
WHERE IS THE VALLET SWITCH LOCATED
If you have an aftermarket alarm the valet switch is a small push button, or toggle switch. They are usually located under the drivers side of the dash Good Luck
Replacing heater core
Remove glove box to get better access. It takes a few minutes to unhook the vent tubes and heater mechanisms, but you will finally get to the point of opening the black plastic housing.
There you will see the core. Remove the one bracket that is still holding the core and the two hoses from the engine side of the firewall. A little maneuvering and the core should come free.
Note: A faulty thermostat can cause overpressure and apparently the heater core gives up first.
Good luck and hope this helps.
Car won't start, battery power loss could it be the alternator?
Alternator should have better than 13.5v output with all accessories on including headlamps.Check with volt meter right at battery terminals (running) If not it's not working properly. Doubtful from what you have said that starter is bad. Also check that terminal connections are clean and tight on battery.
