Manual Transmition, While driving the clutch pedal

the slave cylinder on the trans works just like a brake cylinder, when fluid pressure is applied it flows into the cylinder and pushes against a clutch fork which engages a throw out bearing against the clutch pressure plate fingers. a couple things could have happened. I think your trans is fine but im sure the clutch fork or the pressure plate broke. I'm sorry but the trans is gonna have to be pulled. best wishes

ISUZU TROOPER 3L injectors, what oil pressure do

at cranking the oil pressure has to be approx 5 mPa before they start to work electrically also, oil pressure at rail varies from 4 to 28 mPa. on Tech2 scanner in data list rail oil pressure should be close to desired and when engine not running sensor should read 0 - 0.2 mPa if higher or a negative value when engine not running this indicates problem with rail oil pressure sensor which is a common problem.

My Isuzu Bighorn 4JX1 RJM Engine stalled after

White smoke is usually a sign of coolant burning. Carefully open the coolant cap, sniff the inside. If there is an exhaust smell you more than likely have head gasket problems. A further diagnosis is needed to be sure. Also ensure that any wires/plugs are reconnected. If the oil sensor is unplugged the vehicle wont start.

4 wheel drive will not engage

there is a 4wd actuator on bottom of front axle that is operated by vacuunm pressure when u press the TOD 4wd button. Lesson learned that if u dont engage in 4wd at least briefly every other month u lose your 4wd. Would have been nice to know before it snowed!!!!

U can replace by getting one from a junk yard or do like I did. Crawl under truck and switch the two hoses. It reverses flow and locks the hubs. U wont have the fancy TOD but it will br rocking in 4WD. When wanting to go back to 2WD reverse procedure.

Is it possible for the radiator to leak fluid into

If you have coolant in your transmission, I would examine the transmission cooler if it is inside the radiator. I can think of no other way that could happen outside of someone pouring coolant into the transmission fill tube.

I have a 1998 isuza

at 207k miles I would not change anything. Just keep on doing what you have been doing and you should be ok. Changing things up now may cause you trouble and is not recommended. And congratulations on the 200k mile mark. Not many people care for their vehicle enough to get 200k+ miles out of it, GOOD JOB
