PO300 code means miss fire on the cylinders, That is usually caused buy bad spark plugs end wires,PO401 code means a problem with the EGR ,Valve Sticking.

It is a common fault with many cars / trucks, if it is grinding it is beyond lubrication. The good news is parts are available seperate for these pumps. You need a clutch pulley or just the bearing if that comes by itself. Seek part from an A/C specialist as it is normally way cheaper

Is the 30 ltr engine diesel? If so what was the reason and changed the Injectors? Did you follow the correct procedure to renew the injectors? This engine has two oil pumps. One is for the engine and the second one is the high pressure for the injection cranking system. On starting the engine and trying to start are you sure you receive the correct oil pressure to cause the injectors to open? If everything is okey,go to crank or cam sensor or even to the accelerator pedal.Also is better to clean the throttle body from any dirt. Use a scanner to give you the fault .Also bear in mind that these vehicles are fitted with the following secret,if you have a blown brake lights fuse or brake lights bulbs will not start,just engine turn and no engine run. It is the immobilizer activation. Do not over 32 times crank start otherwise you will loose ecu.

the trooper has no dipstick for trans its a sealed system on the trans pan you will find a fill plug and a drain plug the one on top inrecess is the one your looking for with the truck in park running remove fill plug fluid level should be just below that hole you can use ur finger to tell

Was it lined up right as the trigger point for the sensor is important.Is the fly wheel fitted one position only that the bolt holes line up or will it fit no matter which position it bolts up Line up the flywheel trigger with the sensor after you have put the engine to Top Dead Centre.Put at tdc and see if the trigger and sensor are together.

howdie sometimes the when shifting the transmission must be in pk or neutral to shift the 4-wheel drive was it all right the last time you drove it?look under the truck and see if there is something stuck around the shiftier does the drive-shaft turn freely ?does it have a cable or rod for shifting in to gear it might just out of line ck this

First I suggest to check vacuum leak and fuel pressure system.

if both oreration buttons are on the same arm rest,i would suggest that you have an electrical short of sometype in the door arm rest......if not check fuses again

Please post what engine you have! There are a couple different motors offered.
You should be able to follow the upper radiator hose to the t-stat housing on either the 4cyl or gm V6, I 'm not sure if there is another engine option for that year. I was previously a Isuzu tech 10 years ago, but am not up to date on newer models.

No idea without a good inspection sorry but it could be leaking anywhere ,best buy is a diesel version with a manual gearbox of these vehicles
