I need fuse diagram for 2000 town and country
Ignore the yellow hilight. There should be another fuse box either under the driver side dash or on the side of the driver dash where the door connects to the body. If they aren't labeled, you can simply check the fuses one at a time to see if they are blown. Use correct size. The relay under hood, you can swap it with another relay near it of the same part number and check to see if that works. If it does, swap them back and go get the bad one replaced. You will have a fuse and a relay, but most often, it's the fuse.

the latch is broken inside. If you have the tools and a little know-how, you can remove the inside panel and remove the latch system. Once removed, it will open. 2000 Chrysler T&C Ignition Switch Locks up
I used a combination of the above on my 2003 Town and Country but I did it the easy way. I simply placed a screwdriver in the ignition where the key goes and I tapped the screwdriver with a hammer (LIGHTLY). Apparently, this freed the stuck pins and everything works fine now. I then sprayed WD40 into the ignition so it will, hopefully, not stick again.
Why does brake light come on periodically
If the red brake warning light comes on periodically, make sure the parking brake is completely released and stays in the up position, and check the fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir.

The
following are the general instructions on the start of diagnosing any
electronically controlled engine or transmission problem.
The
engine and the automatic transmission (transmission control is only
for automatics, engine is still computer controlled no matter the
transmission type) in this vehicle are computer controlled and in
most cases when a fault occurs a fault code is stored in the memory
of the computer control module. There are exception to this, such as
the Mass Airflow Meter and fuel pressure problems. What must be done
is to have all the basic testing done such as a scan of the system
for fault codes as well as a check with a live data scanner tool for
engine functions that are not within range of normal, a trained
technician is required to know what is correct and what isn't, then
based on careful diagnostics done from a factory repair manual the
correct part is replaced or the wiring repaired or the computer
replaced (known as the PCM), which is very rarely the problem. Other
basic checks must be done as well such as mechanical problems with
the engine as well as engine state of tune and mileage on the engine.
The transmission can have mechanical issues as well such as no gear
engagement at all or a failed pump or other pressure related
problems. Also engine mechanical problems ca cause many
drive-ability related problem such as rough idle and other symptoms
Running hot
Remove thermostat and test it by dipping it in cold water ib an open pot. Heat the water on the stove while observing the thermostat. It shold opel just before the water boils. If it does check the radiator itself for clogging. Also fluch the engine water galleries.
