Seatbelt will not extract on driver side
There should be a mechanism in the door jamb near-to the seatbelt. If equipped, push on it while jerking seatbelt until it retracts. If not equipped, close door firmly while jerking seatbelt to activate retract.

My mazda3 04 is overheating when i come to an idle but seems fine when im driving
Sounds like the cooling fan is not working. Check the larger fuses in the fuse block under the hood. They should be labeled or diagramed on the inside of the cover. If the fuses look good than swap the fan relay with another relay in the fuse block that looks the same. If the fan starts working and the system that the other relay controls stops working than replace the relay.
If the relay swap does not work than start the car and turn on the A/C. The fan should one on shortly after the compressor engages. If the fan still does not come on than you can check for power and ground to the fan or ohm check the fan itself to see if there is an open circuit. If you have power and ground and the fan is open than the fan will need to be replaced. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

Just changed spark plugs and now car idels low
I hope you bought the correct NGK spark plugs. I cant think of any car those Bosch plugs are good for. I dont know why it would idle low after what you did. you may try unhooking the battery for a few minutes and reconnect it and drive it.
