My 2004 mazda 3 wont rev properly and lack of power especially mid rev range
If the spark plugs have a lot of miles on them that would be a good thing to change out. Also check for air leaks in the intake system. The EGR plumbing can get crusty and crack after a lot of miles. You may have some clogged injectors that would benefit from a couple bottles of injector cleaner in the tank. If you have a CEL light, stop by an auto store to get the code scanned.

POWER WINDOW GO DOWN BUT NOY UP
Not sure which window you are referring to but the problem without a doubt is in the switch. If a window motor will move the window in one direction but not the other direction then the fault is in the switch circuit. A window motor is a relatively simple circuit. There are only two wires to it. If you apply positive voltage to one wire and ground path to the other wire the motor moves the window up. If you then reverse polarity or switch the positive voltage and ground path wires then the window moves down. It cannot do one direction without the other also working if the motor is ok. Now just need to determine if the problem is in the main switch or the switch and the door in question.

How to remove clutch pedal
Detach the Master push rod from the pedal and remove the Master. There will be the clutch position sensor to unplug and 3 nuts, one inside of the fire wall, and two outside I think.

Valve timing
hi there, you have a crank sensor as well, it reads from a plate that's bolted to you crank shaft. Now if that plate is the wrong way around the sensor is not picking up movement from the crank, it could also be that the sensor aren't close enoughto take a reading... Do not put to close as the plate will damage it... you will see the plate has 3 points on it.... this happened to me and my car stood for two days!!!

My wipers stopped working, i dont hear the motor
Hi sdy138, I know you said that none of the fuses are blown but did you check the METER FUSE in the passenger junction box? I assume that the passenger junction box is located under the dash on the passenger side, or behind the kick panel. If that fuse is good then it may be the high or low wiper relay. Hope this helps.
Please rate my advise.
