Rerun the compression test with all the plugs out and with the throttle wide open and hot. Normal pressure would be expected to be about 120 to 140 psi with a preading difference of no more than 10% between cylinders. If this was done then the low pressure indicates a dusted motor (worn out) or blocked air filter.

Google your motor & see if there is a picture

try to get # 3 out its probably just seized. and yes push rod or rocker arm could cause this but i would try to tighten to torque specification first.

Sorry to say it probably won't get any better.Most mechanics will not recommend changing the fluid and filter if the transmission has more than 125,000 miles on it unless it has been changed every 50,000 or so.Once you disturb the fluid and what is floating around in the pan, things can go wrong.It could be a clutch, band, the valve body, or the pump.

there should be a drain plug or tap in the bottom radiator tank. If it is a "T" shaped tap screw it in to open the hole. IF you can't find any sort of drain port remove the bottom radiator hose at the tank. It works fine but a bit more messy

I had this happen on my 94 automatic. 4x4 "engages" but no power to front wheels. One of the front axles went bad so the 4x4 doesn't engage on either front wheel. It was a $800 fix.

I had the same problem I found the Transmission had water in it . the lady had a front end accident and cooler leaked. She had it serviced but too late . I got a great deal from her open up the transmission found the clutches flaked off.

IF you checked the fuses and relays, them it sound like it might be wiring or wiring connector might be loose.
