Need to replace belt

As with any no start issue, you will need to figure out if you have lost fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs.Let me know what you find out.

I have a 2002 AWD

OK. You could have a number of issues. Issue one could be cupped tires. cheapest. Issue two could be bearrings. And issue 3 could be a differential problem. Start with the smallest issue and x that out if thats not it keep going until you find it. But i hope that its either cupped tires and if not its probably gonna be a bearring issue.

I can't find the turn signal flasher.

I believe the flasher is part of the hazard switch, i know it is on the malibus and impallas. When you pull the hazard switch out the body of it should be about 2 inches long, and when you turn the turn signals on you should hear the clicking coming from it.

I have a 2006 pontiac

Most likely the PassKey circuit is going bad. Something to try is to connect a 10 amp battery charger to vehicle and leaving the key in the on position for 10 minutes. at the end of that, turn key off. You are supposed to do this procedure 3 time to relearn the security system. At the end, turn key off, then try to start it. Sometimes it works. Its worth a try. Otherwise you will have to replace it.
