I need to replace front

Take off the wheels. Make sure that the car is supported safely whith blocks or stands.
Put a wheel nut back on to hold the discs in place.
Undo the two bolts holding the calipers to the axle, lift of the calipers. Do not take off the hoses. Check the discs for wear, they may need resurfacing.Spread the calipers, you can buy a tool for that or you can use a clamp.
remove the pads and fit the new ones. Reverse the proceedures.

WIPER LINKAGE BROKEN OR DISCONNECTED HELP

had the same problem on my 97. your going to have to take off the cowl covers. to do that youll have to remove your wiper arms.

where the arms connect to the car there should be a little circle centercap looking thing, that just pops off with a flathead screw driver. theres a bolt behind that, match it up with the correct socket and remove that. put the arms in the up position as if your cleaning your windsheild, this releases the tension of the arms on the shaft there sitting on. then simply wiggle them loose until they come off.

the cowl covers are the black covers between the back of the hood and the windshield, there should be a few plastic rivets holding them in place, drill those out which is very simple doesnt take a strong drill, then remove the weather strip from the base of them underneath the hood which will just pull out, then remove the covers and youll be able to see the motor and all linkages. mine broke where the motor connects to the links in the middle. get the part from the dealer not a wrecker, reason being is that these cars had a recall on them for a bad seal, what happens is that water gets in the balljoint like seal forces the grease out and causes the links to seperate. the dealer has the corrected parts the wrecker may not. vice grip needle nose pliers work best for attaching the links, then install everything the reverse of removal, youll also need to get replacement plastic rivets for those cowl covers its cheaper to get those from car quest should only cost you 2 bucks. best of luck, takes about 1 1/2 hrs to do depening on where the link broke.

if the links arent broke your motor is probably bad.

How to replace a timing

You dont have a timing belt, you have a timing chain..(thats for the other foriegn automaker...that charge way to much at the lot..but are way too cheap to give you what you pay for.) you timing chain is located under you valve cover gasket, you would have to remove it in order to get at the chain.

My car has a rattling noise in the steering wheel

sounds like one of the springs behind the horn has brokwn and is just hanging out in there and when you turn it is making contact between the horn pad and gorund. look on the side of the air bag and you should be able to pop out to little platic cover pieces and then take out both of those bolts that hold the air bag in place then you will find your problem. frist disconnect the battery
