Either remove the panel, destructively if you have to, and replace it with a salvage one if necessary, or use wedges to make a gap between the glass and window seal on the door, so that you can manipulate the latch with a slim jim.

Removal and repair of 1994 suburban seat belt

What kind of problem are you having? Best solution is to replace it for an used one. Dealers don't sell replacement parts for seat belts. Find an "pull the part yourself" recycler and get the part. You will learn how to take it off in there. I believe it is 3 bolts (1 for the buckle and 2 for the belt it self). Good luck.

I have a 1994 k2500 suburban with very little tow power.I've done a complete tune up, replaced the fuel filter,Had the trans checked, replaced egr,cat and muffler, good fuel pressure, compression 14

Have you tried to manually downshift the trans going up hills? Sounds like the trans is not being told to downshift . There is a test machine, (Want to say Odessey) that is attached to your truck and the truck is driven while hooked up. This machine can be asked questions by the mechanic. It has more electronics in it than the onboard computer. You would have the trailer attached to reveal realtime operating conditions. It basically can do what a Dynamometer can do, while pulling a load. Even if it cost substantially to do this test, you would save by not buying parts you do not need.Find a Dealer who knows about this type of machine and has one to use on your truck.
