In the under hood fuse box , B/U LP 25amp .

Remove the bolts on the hinges for that door and any attached linkage and it will come off

I use 2 ounces in the compressor and 4 ounces in the driers when I install new units there should be a total of 6 to 8 ounces in the entire system and no more. New compressors are assembled with some oil to test them so even ones with the dry warning stickers have about a ounce in them.

Should go right in place , may have to use the 2000 mounting plates and u bolts however. Also may have to flash the computer to get the speedometer recalibrated depending upon if the gears have a different gear ratio.

You will need to lift the negative cable from the battery and place a VOM in series with it with setting on the amps scale. This will indicate the amount of current flowing with everything turned off. Then you will need to start individually pulling fuses until the current disappears. This will show you what circuit is drawing the current and you will need to trace back and find out what is causing that current draw.

Turn the headlights on, and try it. Do they get real dim while try ing to crank it?

check that the actuators for the front hubs are working and connecting with the hubs/axles.

THERE IS A RED WIRE ON THE POSITIVE CABLE THAT RUNS TO THE BACK OF THE ALTERNATOR. IT IS THE WIRE THAT CHARGES THE BATTERY. IS IT INTACT. DOES IT HAVE CONTINUITY. DO YOU MEASURE 13VOLTS OR MORE WITH ENGINE RUNNING AT THE BATTERY. IS THERE 13 VOLTS OR MORE AT THE RED TERMINAL AT THE BACK OF ALTERNATOR. NO PROGRAMING IS NEEDED FOR THE ALTERNATOR

Check that you didn't put filter in backwards, Ive seen it happen

If your looking at the radiator its on the left towards the bottom
