look on the dash for a 4wd button or switch. may be located between the steering wheel and the radio. when you turn the knob to select 4hi, 4lo, 2hi, or auto, the indicator light above the corresponding selection will flash until the shift has completed. if the light stays flashing there is a fault in the 4wd system
2005 trailblazer HVAC blower working
Three possible causes are the blower motor itself stalling (worn out bearings), the blower control module (intermittent internal problem or bad connectors/wiring) or the HVAC control (switch if manual, module problem if automatic). I would start by checking for power at the motor when not working.

cam sensor it also linked to the crank sensor usually if the cam sensor fails around the same time the crank can become un synced with the replacement. or the new sensor is not the correct one, ie sensor from a 1998 model will sometimes work on a 2005 model if it has the same ecu fitted in the 2005 not the hole ecu but the chip. on the cam sensor there is say in some cases 3 poles positive feed negative and then signal. on all the poles there is a resistance between poles that the ecu reeds. it reads the voltage being used and the signal its receiving if one of these is wrong but it detects one of the readings being right it will think the other sensor is wrong. and thats a mis match. the resistance changes over time.
Slow shift into overdrive
No, the 2 problems are not related, the SAI pump has no function while driving. Do not "flush" your transmission unless you want problems. Just change the filter and replace fluid with Dexron 6. Many people have had tranny problems with our platform after a full "flush". Your throttle position sensor may have problems, have it checked out for the shifting issues. Remember, the TPS is attached to the throttle body, not removable. Must replace whole throttle body, IF that's your issue.
