If you have tried all other obvious things and found them ok I suggest checking for intake air leaks as the next step.

the fan clutch may be bad, very common, but check the water pump also. Fan clutch failure is common, you may be ahead to replace that if the pump is bad.

I found this info in your owners manual.

Sounds like the battery in the remote is not making good contact it can be cleaned and a good time to replace. Some auto parts stores will help you with this.

Check ignition circuits. Is the coil any good? Fuses? ECM? If all cylinders do not fire then the problem has to be with something that they all have in common. Check the schematic for troubleshooting.

You dont have a external fuel filter. Its build into the fuel pump and is located inside the gas tank with it. It is designed to last as long as your fuel pump does.

your timing belt on your vehicle is connect and turns the a/c pump if it run rough with the air on you may either have a vacuum leak in a hose or either your ac pump may be going out

It sounds like the U joints are bad on the drive shaft - have a shop look at them.
