Voltage regulator is located in the alternator. You do not have a speedo cable it is a sensor located on the transmission above the passenger CV shaft. There is a revised alternator for your van along with a PCM flash upgrade. You might have to take it to a dealer to get the flash done.

so than one can assume you're having a cold/overnight issue. leaking injector or a coolant leak maybe ??? causing a partial hydro-lock

It is easier to just replace thermostat with a new gasket.

Could be bad alternator.

Look in the fuse box in the engine bay near the battery for (Right Hand Drive models.) Look on the inside of the cover and you will see a 'map' of all the fuses and relays. Align the map to compare with the arrangement of fuses and relays in the box to make it easier. No fuel pump restart button. This guide is for petrol(gasoline) model.

Definitely fixable. Take the serpentine belt off and figure out which accessory is locked up. if you're lucky it's just the idler wheel (the one that puts tension on the belt)

check that the heater control (tap ) is being turned on by the controls.. Have an accredited ac mechanic check the ac system .

check the fuse. it may have burnt out. if fuse is fine check the connection on the bulb to make sure it is on good. wiggle the wire to bulb while itds on to see if it lights

balance tires. they are off balance or you have a shifted belt in the tire and you need to replace. go to tire shop.
