I have a 2005 Kia Sedona with a Code P2422
P2422 Evaporative Emission System Vent Valve Stuck Closed, replace the valve If you have a Hyundai (including Kia), Nissan (including Infinity) or Toyota (including Lexus or Scion) you should disconnect the electrical connector and then apply and remove 12V power to the vent solenoid/valve. The difference between 12V applied and not applied should be the difference between not being able to blow through it and being able to. After testing at least 5 times, if it fails even once, replace the solenoid/valve.
before you go through all that ,, check the gas cap though, with Kia and Hondas,, that code often shows up instead of the P0446 code, which can be solved by re tightening or replacing the gas cap

My 2005 Kia Sedona won't start - I don't think it's the battery.
If the battery is low on charge (but not dead) then the sound should be a fast clicking of the voltage regulator. In this case no power is sent to the starter so the car engine will not turn over. All you hear is the fast click.
You mention a high-pitched quiet buzz sound. All I can think of is the electric fuel pump but that is in the fuel tank. There can be be a whine/buzz when starting the car because the fuel pump needs to pressure up the system. However, if the battery/starter are good then the engine would turn over, but with no fuel...it would not start if the fuel pump is bad.
If the car is a manual...you might try putting it in gear and rocking the car a bit to see if the starter somehow is jammed
I have a PT cruiser
You should have your radiater core checked for blockage or head gasket since it did over heat thermostat sticking will cause a problem and make a poundind noise when it's hot. Hope this helps
Driver window
this may sound funny but I have done this many times. go to your local junk yard and find a vehicle like yours and tear into it. you can see the inside of the door and how it all works. Sounds like the attaching mechanism from the motor to the window track has come loose. You may be able to buy the parts at the junk yard for cheap and fix it yourself. It has gotten me out of a lot of jambs and very cheap too.
