new models (2002 onwards) can not be jump started they have to be trickle charged off a battery. will say this in the manual. jump starting off another car can damage the electrics. you will off blown the fuse's in the control unit.... the unit will need to opened and the fuse checked and replaced these are soldered fuse's. wiring should be fine.

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE BLOWER MOTOR RESITANSE REPLACED BEFORE THEY TAKE THE DASH PART AND SOME TIMES THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE FAN SWITCH.

Hello: If there is a problem in the ABS it will bring on the tcs light as well. To determine what is causing the problem you need to have the ABS checked with a scanner to get the code. Then trouble shoot the components that the code leads you to. Normal braking is available with the light on but TCS is not as it relies on ABS for functioning the TCS.

There are some videos online that show the steps. You have to remove some bolts and one or two are hidden behind the grille panel.

before taking all apart check the nut holding on the wiper arm to the spindle, should be under the cover on bottom of wiper arm

check for break in the wiring at your trunk/boot.

Sounds like a blown head or intake gasket. Probably the intake.

what is the level of your antifreeze in the cooling system-heater core can't give off heat if there's no antifreeze running through it-does your car have a temperature gauge-is the temperature normal-is the heater fan running-let me know what you've found-cheers Denny
